Curriculum Coordinator

Mrs. Tierney-Smith is also one of our original CEE staff members. Prior to becoming the Curriculum Coordinator in 2003, she taught multiple grade levels (2-5), which provided her with a broad base of curriculum knowledge. Born and raised in New Mexico, she moved to Tempe in 1992 and attended Arizona State University, where she obtained her B.A. in Elementary Education. Shortly thereafter, she received her Master’s Degree from Northern Arizona University. The field of education is a lifelong passion for Mrs. Tierney-Smith and she continues to share that passion with all of our CEE students.
