Fit n’ Fun’s liability insurance exceeds state liability insurance requirements.

Medication

All medication administered at Fin n’ Fun must be prescriptive. The bottle must have the child’s name and prescription number on it. The bottle must be the current date. Any non-prescriptive medication must have a written note from the parent or doctor for that particular illness.

A medical authorization form is available at the front desk and it must be filled out by the parent prior to administration of the medication. All medication is stored in a locked box. Please give medication to the front desk to put away.
