Parent Participation & Responsibilities

Parent involvement in the center is always encouraged! You are welcome to visit your child’s classroom at any time. Join in on the playground or at lunch time! Help the teachers with classroom center, reading time, special events, parties and field trips. We ask that you please coordinate the times with your child’s teacher. If you have a special hobby or hidden talent, please feel free to share it with us!

Parents Please:

Dress your child in comfortable play clothes so that they can fully benefit from all the activities at school.

Send an extra set of clothes labeled in a bag to keep in their cubbies.

Children are discouraged from brining toys to school. Their valuable possessions sometimes get lost. Check with your child’s teacher for show n’ tell day. Music and books are encouraged and can be shared at group times.

Bring a small blanket and a small pillow for rest time. Individualized mats with personal covers are provided for each child napping at the center.
