Sign-in and Sign-out Release of Children

Parents/guardians are required to sign their children in and out at the front desk. A full signature along with the time of signing is required. No child will be released to anyone other than those authorized by the parents and indicated on the emergency card. If an alternate person will be admitting or dismissing your child, please inform the office in writing.
