Governing Board

CEE is owned and operated by Allen-Cochran Enterprises, Inc., which is a private Arizona Corporation. Our governing board is comprised of administrators, staff, parents, and community members that possess an unwavering passion and belief in our school’s mission and core values. The board meets regularly to discuss strategic issues such as policy guidelines and budgetary items. Our governing board maintains a collective vision with regard to where our school is and where we want it to be in the future. In addition, the board operates in a partnership role with the school administrator, thereby demonstrating synergy in all decision making processes.
